refactors and bug fixes

Still getting back in the swing of the development stream!

Today we did the following work on stream:

  • Fixed AI not re-taking their own conquered territories (holdings within counties)
  • Refactored jail recruitment to be part of the center panel, like troop count management
  • Finally re-integrated the council menu
  • Lots of bug fixes and other smaller additions
    • Gave AI ability a behavior to recruit (make up for characters that were captured)
    • Map selection bugs
    • Behavior logging

Nice, broad detail work this morning. Nothing huge.

On the near-future horizon is:

  • Combat performance evaluation
  • County territory/holdings display improvements & animations
  • Enemy difficulty & "boss" battle at castle battle (last holding of a county)
  • Rank bar (dynamic difficulty)!
